SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification when it's on its way.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–9 business days to arrive after dispatch. Priority tracked shipping is available at checkout for faster, fully trackable delivery.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Priority tracked shipping is available as a paid upgrade at checkout.

Order Tracking
If you select priority tracked shipping, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. For standard shipping, tracking may be limited.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we don't yet ship there.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, so make sure it's right before you order.
